Finding Infected With Covid-19 Changed My Life Forever

I am positive a lot of have been asking: Why Covid? Why so globally? Why now? And I have addressed some of these concerns in earlier articles. But at that time I wasn’t speaking from knowledge, I was merely sharing my theories about it devoid of getting verified them in practical terms. Properly, now I have verified at least 1 of those theories, and I am eager to share it.

We have all heard about connectedness and oneness, and how Covid is (hopefully) bringing us a step closer to these experiences, seeing how we are all in this together. But then again, are we genuinely all in this collectively? Personally, I am not so confident about that searching at the controversies in government policies (particularly in nations exactly where elections are taking spot through the pandemic), the push-backs from the public against restrictions (not a lot of us are willingness to sacrifice our “valuable” routines for the greater fantastic), and a lot more not too long ago – the distribution of vaccines (these who pay a lot more get much more).

So what are we missing? When and how are we ultimately going to learn the lesson? And what is that lesson?

Really, Covid provides us an obvious clue both about the What we need to have to study and the How. What Covid individuals knowledge and in some cases die from is lack of air. And air is the incredibly point that connects us all. To use a single of Jessica Dibb’s observations, we can build an in-group and an out-group (i.e. manifest separation) primarily based on race, profession, gender, age, social characteristics, looks, etc. But there is one frequent denominator which, when applied, leads us automatically to oneness – the breath. Hence, no matter what beliefs, traumas and preferences we have, we all belong to the group of breathers. And the breath (which, as I have come to knowledge, is the embodiment of Spirit), is what connects us all and provides us the physical, somatic practical experience of oneness. BUT only if we spend interest to it!

Surprise, surprise – Covid is bringing our interest and awareness specifically to the breath. As such, Covid is asking us to start off living a far more spiritually oriented life: a life where we are certainly more connected, a life lived in the NOW. Importantly, by bringing our focus to the breathing, Covid is not only displaying us the lesson we require to understand, i.e. the lesson of oneness it is also displaying us how we can learn said lesion, and that’s merely by staying focused on the breath and practicing conscious breathing.

Without the need of a doubt, conscious breathing is what can give us a direct spiritual experience (albeit in physical bodies). I personally learnt that via becoming forced (soon after finding infected with Covid) to pay interest to the breath. Not that I hadn’t dabbled in several yoga and meditation practices before. But this time the shift in awareness was so profound! Armed with a somewhat survival-driven motivation at the starting of the illness, I dove deep into a variety of breathing techniques, and the more intimately I got to know conscious breathing, the much more my experience of separation was dissolving. I was feeling so much lighter, happier and, of course, much more connected. I was acquiring the lesson! More importantly, I was healing a illness not brought on by Covid but merely highlighted by it.

Sadly, I think the entire planet is sick with that identical illness – the disease of Separation. Therefore, we have a international pandemic. This pandemic has managed to highlight in a brilliant way the pervasiveness of the pathology we all endure from, the breathlessness and lack of connectedness throughout the globe. centerforcovidcontrol.org is just the red light here signaling we need to have to repair the engine. And it really is not going away in a hurry, at least not until we all come to be conscious of the genuine trouble and start off taking the suitable action towards resolving it. The actual problem, certainly, is a profound spiritual disconnect. We, as a planet, have reached the hallmark of Separation. Therefore, Covid is screaming at us: “Use the breath, people, and connect!”

On the face of it, I wholeheartedly encourage you to seek out some conscious breathing practices and start incorporating them in your life (if you haven’t already). Talking about oneness does not help you feel it. Conscious breathing, on the other hand, takes us straight to the physical encounter of oneness, to the embodiment of spirituality. Try it for oneself and I am certain you will under no circumstances look back. It only requires a few conscious breaths to transform your point of view, and a different point of view opens doors to new, thrilling and limitless possibilities.
